Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, and these situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
